In the past people frowned on the idea of remote services. It has always been the need to have your accounting team near you for any immediate needs or request. Now we must push past that thought. Remote services can include, Zoom Meetings, Team Viewer, Dropbox, Online Accounting Programs, Google Drive, Emails and Text messages. The power of technology is at our fingertips and all we need to do is use it.

As a professional production accountant, my goal is to provide remote accounting services to both production companies and individuals. With more than 20 years of experience in production accounting, it has sharpened my technical and analytical/problem solving skills while also allowing me to be organized and efficient with my time management.

The objective at The Accounting Guy is to take the accounting burden off your shoulders making the process very quick, easy, and convenient. All of this will be achieved remotely, so that you can focus your time on actually running your business! The Accounting Guy provides services to handle all your accounting and financial needs on a business and personal level.

My passion for accounting evolved from being on staff and on site as the controller of finance for production companies. I transitioned to providing remote services to those clients which both satisfied their accounting needs while also saving them money.
